Manage a caseload of verbal autistic secondary-aged students.
Deliver assessment and intervention with a focus on social communication, emotional regulation and functional communication.
Act as the lead Speech & Language Therapist within the school while working alongside two experienced part-time Speech & Language Therapists who share the caseload.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Drama Therapists and Dyslexia Support specialists.
Build positive therapeutic relationships with students and contribute to their communication and educational outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical records and effectively manage your caseloadRequirements

Qualified Experienced Band 5 or Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration (or eligible to register).
Experience working with autistic young people, or a strong interest in this area.
Committed to delivering neurodiversity-affirming practice.
Confident managing and organising an independent caseload.
