The Company
NEOS Engineering are working with a leading global manufacturer of construction equipment that continues to grow its UK operation. Due to continued expansion, they're looking to appoint an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy team based in Sittingbourne.

If you have experience within plant, agricultural, HGV, commercial vehicle or automotive parts and thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.
The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting customers, dealers and field service engineers with parts enquiries, identifying the correct components and ensuring orders are processed efficiently. You'll play a vital role in keeping customer equipment operational by delivering a first-class parts service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming parts enquiries via telephone and email.
Identify and supply the correct parts using electronic parts catalogues and technical information.
Process customer and internal parts orders accurately and efficiently.
Produce quotations and provide pricing information.
Liaise with the warehouse to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery of parts.
Support field service engineers with urgent parts requirements.
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication and service.
Maintain accurate records using internal systems.
Assist with stock management and inventory control where required.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Controller or Parts Administrator.
Experience within construction plant, agricultural machinery, HGV, commercial vehicles, forklifts, powered access or a similar engineering environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Good IT skills and experience using parts management systems.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive, positive attitude with a team-focused approach.
