Responsibilities

* Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

* Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

* Fabricate and weld bespoke components for a range of engineering projects.

* Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard.

* Work with sheet metal, mild steel, and stainless steel.

* Manufacture components for heavy engineering and food manufacturing equipment, including conveyor systems.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.

* Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.

* Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.

Requirements

* Previous experience working in a workshop-based welding and fabrication role.

* Proven experience with sheet metal fabrication.

* Skilled in both MIG and TIG welding.

* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.

* Experience working with mild steel and stainless steel.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
