HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver – Havering (RM12 5)
Location: Havering, RM12 5
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour
We're looking for HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join a busy and friendly waste management team based in Havering. If you're an experienced Class 2 driver seeking reliable weekday work and guaranteed hours, we'd like to hear from you.
Shift Details
Monday to Friday
06:30 – 15:00
Minimum 8 hours paid per shift
The Role
Driving an HGV Class 2 dustcart on designated collection routes
Working alongside loaders to complete refuse and recycling collections
Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
Ensuring collections are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures
Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism
Requirements
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Minimum 6 months' HGV driving experience
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Dustcart/refuse collection experience is preferred but not essential
Good awareness of health and safety with a dependable approach to work
