About the Role
As a Plant Engineer, you will carry out planned servicing, inspections, fault finding and repairs on a wide range of specialist plant equipment used on major infrastructure projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
Completing preventative maintenance schedules
Carrying out breakdown repairs both in the workshop and on customer sites
Ensuring equipment meets LOLER and PUWER requirements
Recording completed work accurately
Maintaining excellent health and safety standards
Travelling nationwide when required to support customer operations

About You
To be successful you should have:
Experience working as a Plant Engineer or maintaining heavy plant or specialist machinery
Good hydraulic, mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills

A full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel when required
To be successful in this role, you may have worked as a:
