Our client, a leading organisation in the water sector, is currently seeking a Sub Agent to join their team. The role involves supporting the Construction and Project delivery teams on Projects as part of the AMP8 Framework Agreement with United Utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting project team in achieving all legal and industry standards.
Ensuring H&S management arrangements are in place throughout the project.
Administering the Project Management Plan and ensuring Quality Assurance is met.
Ensuring staff have necessary training and experience for their roles.
Understanding all aspects of the client contract and supply chain contracts.
Supporting PM & QS in supply chain notifications and project cost management.
Proficiency in client's digital platforms and ensuring project outputs are communicated effectively.
Managing stakeholder accountability in relation to programme obligations.
Escalating project issues and risks to PM or QS with mitigation plans.
Leading project governance from a client-facing perspective with required documentation.
Job Requirements:
Degree qualified or equivalent in Civil Engineering
Knowledge of relevant H&S legislation, particularly CDM duty holder relationships.
H&S qualification (SMSTS/IOSH/NEBOSH).
Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. APM, CMI, ICE).
Experience in delivering multi-disciplinary projects.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and tenacious under pressure.
Leadership and management skills.
Full driving licence.
