About the Company

I'm currently working with a well established Fire & Security specialist that has built an excellent reputation for delivering high quality life safety and security solutions across London and the surrounding areas.

Due to continued growth and an increasing number of commercial projects, they are looking to recruit an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects from initial handover through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a varied project portfolio, working with a respected business that has a strong reputation within the industry.

The Role

This position will involve managing a range of commercial fire and security projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards.

You will work closely with engineers, clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Manage fire and security projects from design stage through to completion.

Oversee installation programmes, budgets and project timelines.

Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.

Attend client meetings and site visits.

Manage project documentation, RAMS and compliance requirements.

Ensure projects are delivered in line with relevant industry standards.

Liaise with clients to provide updates and maintain strong relationships.

Support commercial teams with variations, additional works and project opportunities.

Conduct project reviews and ensure successful handovers.

Requirements

Previous experience managing Fire & Security projects.

Strong technical understanding of fire alarm and electronic security systems.

Experience delivering commercial projects.

Knowledge of systems including Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working with engineers, contractors and end users.

Relevant industry qualifications would be beneficial.

Package

£55,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary DOE.

Company Vehicle or Car Allowance.
