Our client is seeking an experienced Import & Stock Coordinator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional with a strong background in import administration, stock control, and supplier management, who enjoys improving processes and driving operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance, and the smooth flow of goods across the business.
Import Administration: Processing entries, import documentation/liaison, and coordinating with freight arrivals
Inventory Tracking: Updating Management Systems to reflect stock movements.
Stock Auditing: Running regular cycle counts and investigating any stock differences.
Supplier Coordination: Working with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of goods
You will be responsible for developing robust processes and procedures to ensure accurate forecasting, stock control and legislative requirements. You will need to be competent with numerous IT systems, be a professional and confident negotiator with demonstrated success in developing ideas to increase efficiencies, minimise discrepancies and able to develop ways to deliver results by improving processes and streamlining reporting methods.
