Factory Operative

Specialist manufacturing and insulation company requires a Factory Operative to join their expanding team based in Worcester.

Previous machine operating experience is essential to fulfil the role of Factory Operative. Within this role you will be offered free car parking, competitive pay rates and overtime is available. Offered on a temporary to permanent basis, this role of Factory Operative is available with immediate start.

Duties and responsibilities of Factory Operative –

* Running machinery and assisting with the overall production process

* Operate cutting, polishing, and finishing machinery safely and efficiently

* Use hand tools and specialist equipment to shape, polish work surfaces

* Follow production drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions accurately

* Carry out visual quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet customer and company standards

Skills and attributes required by successful candidate for the role of Factory Operative –

* Previous experience in a manufacturing and engineering background

* High attention to detail

* Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations

* Works well in a team and individually

Location: Worcester, Worcestershire

Hours: 7am-3.30pm

Pay: £12.77-£14.50 per hour
