Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in housing / contracting?
We are working with a well-established client, looking to bolster their operational team and recruit an experienced Site Manager. The project will consist of high-quality, traditional build in a desirable North Cornwall location.
The Role:
* Day-to-day site operations, ensuring the build programme stays on track
* Managing trades, subcontractors, and site teams
* Always ensuring health & safety compliance
* Maintaining build quality and achieving customer satisfaction
* Reporting to the Contracts Manager and liaising with technical and commercial teams
About You:
* Proven experience managing traditional build housing developments
* Background working with housing / contracting
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified as a minimum
