The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading, motivating and developing a team of early years professionals.
Ensuring the nursery consistently delivers exceptional standards of care and education.
Maintaining compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
Managing occupancy, budgets and overall nursery performance.
Building strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider community.
Supporting staff through coaching, supervision and professional development.
Creating a positive, safe and nurturing environment for children and colleagues alike.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable).
Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
Experience preparing for and managing Ofsted inspections.
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
A passion for delivering high-quality childcare and supporting children's development.
