This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional seeking to further their career within a well-established automotive retail environment. The Car Sales Executive role offers significant earning potential, flexible working hours, and a supportive team atmosphere.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary with uncapped on-target earnings up to approximately £65,000
One weekend off each month, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
Two consecutive weekdays off per week
Shifts from 9am to 6pm and 11am to 8pm, providing flexibility

Provide exceptional customer service to prospective buyers
Establish rapport and build relationships with customers
Demonstrate vehicles effectively and close sales
Maintain accurate customer and sale records
Upsell finance products, warranties, and additional accessories
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and dealership targetsRequirements of a Car Sales Executive:
Previous sales experience within the motor trade or a customer-facing sales environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to work well within a team environment
