NOC Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced NOC Operations Manager to join our team and take a lead role in managing complex, multi-platform environments for a diverse range of sectors.

This is a great opportunity for a senior networking professional who enjoys combining hands-on technical expertise, team leadership, and service improvement.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a skilled NOC team
• Managing resilient, highly available network environments
• Designing and troubleshooting solutions across networking, cloud, and security platforms
• Supporting incident, problem, and change management within an ITIL framework
• Providing technical leadership across customer solutions and projects
• Participating in a flexible 24/7 on-call rota

We're looking for someone with:

• 10+ years' experience in network operations, systems engineering, or similar environments
• Strong expertise in DNS, routing, switching, Firewalls, load balancing, and secure access
• Cisco networking experience (CCNP level or equivalent)
• Cloud experience across AWS and/or Azure
• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills

Experience with technologies such as Keepalived, HAProxy, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Linux, SIEM platforms, and automation would be highly desirable.
