Are you a technically minded professional who enjoys working with customers and bringing products to life? We're looking for a Junior Product Specialist to join a growing and innovative business, supporting the development and delivery of connected solutions across the UK market.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a technical background and customer-facing experience who wants to develop their product expertise while working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Development teams.
The RoleAs a Junior Product Specialist, you'll become a subject-matter expert across a range of innovative products and digital platforms. You'll support customers, partners, and internal teams with technical guidance, demonstrations, training, and product-related insights, while helping shape future product development through valuable market and customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical product support to commercial teams, including tender responses
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions
Work closely with development teams to communicate customer and market requirements
Support product launches and coordinate training initiatives
Gather and analyse market, customer, and competitor insights
Assist with product testing, validation, and field trials
Support the creation of technical product information and launch materials
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product capabilities and enhancementsAbout You
Degree qualified in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IoT, or a related field
Experience in a Product Specialist, Technical Support, Pre-Sales, or similar customer-facing technical role
Strong understanding of technical products
Confident presenting, training, and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Proactive, customer-focused, and eager to learnWhat's on Offer?
