Are you brilliant with children and looking for a role where no two days are ever the same?
We’re recruiting a fun, enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Harlow. You’ll support pupils with their learning, confidence and development while helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
You don’t necessarily need previous experience as a Teaching Assistant! We’d love to hear from people who have worked with children in:
Schools or nurseries
Holiday clubs or activity camps
Residential care settings
Sports coaching or youth clubs
Mentoring or community programmes
What we’re looking for:
Experience supporting children or young people
A patient, positive and encouraging approach
Confidence working as part of a busy school team
Reliability and a great sense of humour
A genuine desire to help children thrive
The role:
Harlow
Monday to Friday
Full-time, term time only
September start available
