Location: London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + Hybrid Working

As the business continues to grow, there is now an opportunity for a Design Manager to join the London studio and play a key role in supporting the delivery of ambitious, high-profile projects. Office: London studio
Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours with flexible working options

Duties:

* Support project mobilisation, initiation, and set-up activities

* Coordinate communication across multidisciplinary design teams

* Assist Senior Design Managers and Project Leads with day-to-day design management activities

* Monitor design progress and support delivery against project objectives

* Contribute to design management processes and continuous improvement initiatives

* Support tender, bid, and competition submissions

* Assist with project close-out activities and final approvals

Requirements:

* Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Construction, or a related discipline

* Must have background as an ARB Architect

* Experience supporting large-scale or complex projects is desirable

* Familiarity with project management and collaboration software

* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

* Ability to coordinate teams and build effective working relationships

* Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
