The successful candidate must have a full UK driving licence.

Brand new company van Service Engineer - Responsibilities and Requirements

Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on compressed air systems and associated equipment.
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Complete repairs and inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Provide on-site technical support to customers.
Accurately document service work, maintenance activities, and recommendations.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding completed work and required follow-up actions.
Adhere to all company and industry health and safety standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and customer support.
Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex faults in compressed air systems.
Previous field service experience, with confidence working independently at customer sites.
Strong technical support skills, providing practical solutions to both customers and colleagues.
Experience carrying out maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices when working with industrial equipment.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally to customer sites.
Ability to work independently, prioritise workload effectively, and maintain accurate service records. About Us
