Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Maintain accurate and confidential care records in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.

Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
Day-to-Day
