We are looking for a caring, bubbly and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established day nursery in Croydon (CR2).
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the 2–4-year-old room in a high-quality Early Years setting that provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. The nursery has a long-standing reputation for delivering excellent childcare and offers spacious indoor facilities, extensive outdoor play areas, and a supportive team environment.
You will be:

Delivering high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
*
Supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 2–4 years through engaging activities
*
Acting as a key person and building strong relationships with children and their families
*
Monitoring children's progress through observations, assessments, and next-step planning
*
Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and maintaining full compliance with EYFS requirements
*
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
*
Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
*
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery and contributing to a positive team culture
The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within an Early Years setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development is essential. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills are required.
