Our client is a leading London law firm based in Holborn and is seeking an HR Administrator to join its busy HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage HR inboxes and respond to general HR queries.
* Draft contracts, offer letters and employee correspondence.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Support recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
* Monitor probation periods and arrange review meetings.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
* Support annual appraisals and screening processes.
* Update handbooks, organisational charts and HR documentation.
* Assist with HR projects and ad hoc administrative duties.
Experience & Skills Required
* Previous administration experience, ideally within a professional office environment.
* Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
* Able to prioritise a busy workload and work independently.
* Positive, proactive and professional approach.
* Genuine interest in a career within HR.
* CIPD Level 3 studies (or an interest in undertaking them) desirable.
* Knowledge of HR processes or HR systems is advantageous.
