Academics is working closely with secondary schools throughout Tunbridge Wells who are seeking reliable Cover Supervisors to provide day-to-day and short-term classroom cover.

This role is ideal if you're considering a career in teaching or enjoy working with young people in an educational setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising lessons using work provided by teachers.
Managing classroom behaviour.
Keeping students engaged and focused.
Supporting schools with daily cover requirements.What we're looking for:

Confidence working with secondary-aged students.
Strong interpersonal skills.
A flexible and dependable approach.
