We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR Operations team of a large well known utilities company, providing expert employee relations advice and support to managers across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing a varied ER caseload, partnering with managers to resolve complex people matters, and contributing to HR projects that improve processes and manager capability.
What you'll be doing:
Managing a broad range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness absence, capability, discrimination, bullying & harassment, redeployment and redundancy.
Providing practical, commercially focused advice on employment law, HR policies and best practice.
Coaching and supporting managers through complex people issues.
Working closely with HR colleagues, Occupational Health, Payroll, Legal and Trade Union representatives.
Maintaining accurate HR records and case management reporting.
Supporting HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.What we're looking for:
CIPD qualified or currently studying towards CIPD.
Strong experience in an HR Advisor or HR Operations role with responsibility for complex ER case management.
Good working knowledge of UK employment law.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
