Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a large and fast-paced manufacturing environment?
An established and well-respected manufacturing organisation in Mid-Wales is looking to appoint two HR Advisors to support its growing HR function. These are key hires within the team, offering a varied generalist role with exposure to complex employee relations matters, organisational change and stakeholder management.
Your New Role
As an HR Advisor, you'll work closely with operational managers and senior HR colleagues to provide proactive HR support across a large employee population.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes.
Providing expert advice on absence management and employee relations matters.
Supporting managers with performance and capability issues.
Assisting with learning and development initiatives.
Coaching and guiding stakeholders on HR best practice.
Supporting wider HR projects and continuous improvement activities.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We're keen to hear from HR professionals who can demonstrate:
Previous experience within a generalist HR Advisor, HR Officer or equivalent role.
Strong employee relations and case management experience.
Confidence working with managers at all levels.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD would be advantageous.
Manufacturing or operational environment experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
