About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated ARB Registered Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design projects across all RIBA stages (0-7)
Prepare and develop design proposals, drawings, specifications, and presentations
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve design challenges
Maintain high standards of design quality and technical delivery

Requirements

Registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)
RIBA Part 3 qualified (or equivalent)
Proven experience working on UK-based projects
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
