Technical Contract Administrator

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Technical Contract Administrator to support the delivery of exceptional service across a portfolio of commercial properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with experience in engineering, facilities management or building maintenance. Working alongside a team of experienced Technical Contract Managers, you'll play a key role in supporting contract performance, ensuring compliance, coordinating maintenance activities and helping deliver an outstanding service to clients.

The Role As Technical Contract Administrator, you'll provide technical and administrative support across a portfolio of commercial buildings, helping to ensure contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and administrative support to a team of Technical Contract Managers across multiple commercial properties.
Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities and monitor reactive maintenance works.
Support the management of statutory compliance across your assigned buildings.
Produce accurate client reports, KPI data and service performance reports.
Assist with procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and supporting invoice management.
Monitor extra works and project activities, ensuring budgets and documentation are maintained.
Liaise with in-house engineers, specialist subcontractors and service providers to support operational delivery.
Assist with planning and monitoring weekend and out-of-hours maintenance activities.
Ensure contract documentation and compliance records remain accurate and up to date.
Support the achievement of contractual service levels and client performance targets. About You You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll enjoy working collaboratively with operational teams while maintaining excellent attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience within a building maintenance, engineering or facilities management environment in an administrative, supervisory or service support role.
Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical building services.
Experience using CAFM systems (Concept Evolution or similar).
Experience raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
Understanding of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) processes.
Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices.
Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience producing reports and monitoring KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
