Design, create, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations using SQL and other analytical tools.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reports and analyses.
Identify opportunities for data quality improvement and implement solutions to enhance data reliability.
Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes to ensure clarity and reproducibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a SQL Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
Exceptional proficiency in SQL, including advanced querying, stored procedures, and functions.
Proven expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex datasets.
Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data warehousing principles.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Familiarity with other programming languages for data manipulation (e.g., Python, R).
Knowledge of cloud database services (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure SQL Database, Google BigQuery).
Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
