Ideal Requirements for the Regional Sales Manager
* Bring your proven sales leadership expertise, with a successful track record of delivering exceptional results in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, ideally within ophthalmology or a related specialist therapy area.
* Make an impact within the NHS, using your strong understanding of NHS structures, commissioning processes, and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities and influence decision-making across complex healthcare systems.
* Use data to drive success, combining commercial insight with sales analytics and CRM tools to identify opportunities, shape strategy, and maximise business performance.
* Build trusted partnerships and influence at every level, using your outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to engage healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and cross-functional colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Role Responsibilities for the Regional Sales Manager
* Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Regional Account Managers, coaching and developing talent to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
