Milton Keynes
Up to £37,000
The Collective Network are recruiting on behalf of an established engineering manufacturer based in Milton Keynes, specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke equipment for industrial applications. Due to continued growth, they're looking to strengthen their machining team with two new appointments.
The first opportunity is ideal for a CNC Setter/Operator with experience setting and operating 3-axis machining centres. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality components, carrying out basic offsets and inspections, and ensuring production runs efficiently. This role offers the chance to develop your skills within a supportive manufacturing environment.
The second position is suited to an experienced CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator who is confident editing existing CNC programmes, setting machines, selecting tooling and optimising machining processes to improve efficiency and quality. You'll play a key role in supporting production while maintaining the highest manufacturing standards.
Both positions require the ability to read engineering drawings, work to tight tolerances and maintain excellent attention to detail. Previous CNC milling experience is essential, along with a proactive approach and a commitment to producing quality work.
