Salary: From £28,500 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

About the Role
We are looking for an organised and professional Office Co-Ordinator to support our client with the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office and operational environment.
You will work closely with departments across the business, acting as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, contractors, visitors and internal teams. This role will involve administration, scheduling, reporting, customer communication and supporting operational processes.
Responsibilities
* Welcome visitors, clients, customers and contractors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Respond to general emails, post and customer/supplier correspondence.
* Keep files, records and archives accurate, accessible and auditable.
* Coordinate and prepare daily maintenance work schedules.
* Create and issue worksheets ahead of the next working day.
* Prioritise work based on urgency, business needs and customer requirements.
* Support ordering systems, stock inventory and replenishment.
* Assist with training records, accident and incident reporting and return-to-work documentation.
* Support maintenance records, completion sheets and contractual filing.
* Produce and maintain reports and operational data.
* Work with the General Manager and wider teams to support business reporting requirements.
* Help improve office processes and ensure office-based functions are completed accurately and on time.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in an office coordination, administration or customer service role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
* Customer-focused with a professional and approachable manner.
* Experience with scheduling, job management or maintenance management systems would be desirable.
Qualifications
* GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent, required.
