Are you a data-driven marketing automation professional with HubSpot experience, looking to play a pivotal role in optimising marketing and sales performance, driving revenue growth, and shaping the future of a growing organisation's marketing operations?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where you will take ownership of marketing and sales automation processes, helping to improve campaign performance, lead generation, customer engagement, and overall marketing ROI.
Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, technology, and data, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the marketing automation ecosystem, building customer journeys, improving lead management processes, and delivering high-quality reporting and insights. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and complete visibility across the buyer journey.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing marketing automation platforms, strong analytical capabilities, and a commercial mindset. Experience with HubSpot, CRM systems, attribution modelling, reporting dashboards, and marketing operations will be highly advantageous.
The Role:
Manage and optimise marketing and sales automation platforms, workflows, and lead nurturing programmes
Build, launch, analyse, and improve multi-channel marketing campaigns
Develop reporting dashboards, attribution models, and executive-level performance reports
Improve lead scoring, lead routing, CRM processes, and revenue operations frameworks
Act as the internal subject matter expert for the Marketing & Sales Hub
Drive continuous optimisation through A/B testing, data analysis, and process improvements
The Person:
Experience managing marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot
Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, and sales operations
Proven background in campaign execution, automation, and performance analysis
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience working collaboratively with both marketing and sales teams
