Role: Cleaning Operative
Location: Wellingborough
Pay: £13.15 p/hour
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Temporary Ongoing

We are looking for a Cleaning Operative to join a well-established manufacturing site in Wellingborough. This is a hands-on role working within a busy production environment, supporting the cleaning and preparation of steel moulds to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.

This role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day, and has experience using hand tools or working within a manufacturing environment.

Pay & Hours:

£13.15 p/hour
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Temporary ongoing opportunityCleaning Operative Duties:

Cleaning and preparing steel moulds ready for production
Using wire brushes, polishing tools and other cleaning equipment
Removing residue, debris and build-up from moulds and equipment
Carrying out detailed cleaning checks to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
Using hand tools safely and effectively
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working area
Following all company health & safety procedures and site guidelines
Working closely with the production team to support daily operationsWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse or cleaning environment is desirable
Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Confident using basic hand tools and cleaning equipment
Reliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team
