Architectural Technician
Location: Salisbury
Salary: £34-38,000
A well-established architectural practice is looking to recruit an Architectural Technician with experience to join its growing team near Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a secure pipeline of projects for a major client, primarily within the residential sector, alongside community and commercial developments. You'll be involved in projects at RIBA Stage 4, taking them through to construction.
The role:
Produce technical drawings and construction information using Revit.
Support projects through technical design and delivery.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and the wider design team.
Assist with planning and Building Regulations submissions.
Prepare drawing packages, schedules and specifications.
Attend design, coordination and site meetings as required.
Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.Requirements:
Sufficient experience in a similar role.
Strong Revit skills are essential.
Experience working on residential projects.
Commercial or community sector experience is advantageous.
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
HNC/HND or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A collaborative approach with the ability to manage deadlines.What's on offer:
