Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time permanent basis

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will be highly organised, with effective time-management skills, and confident in learning new systems quickly.
Reward
* Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Death in Service at 4 times annual basic salary
* Pension after a 3-month probation period
* Hybrid working available after 6 months’ probation
Job Role:
* Making and receiving calls to schedule bookings
* Accurately inputting and updating information onto internal database
* Communicating clearly with customers, clients, and internal teams
* Prioritising tasks and managing workload efficiently
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
* Following internal processes and guidelines
Skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a customer service based role
* Preferably someone who has previous telephone or office based experience
* Strong communication skills
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to learn new systems quickly
* Organisational and time-management skills
