The Role
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are maintained.
You'll lead by example, support and mentor colleagues, and create a nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe and inspired to reach their full potential.
What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
Experience working within an Early Years setting
Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
