The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Focus Account Representative to join a leading global manufacturer. This role offers the chance to become a trusted partner to strategically important customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting business growth through strong account management and stakeholder collaboration.
Your duties and responsibilities will be
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts, acting as a trusted point of contact.
Work closely with customer service, sales and supply chain teams to ensure orders, enquiries and service requirements are managed effectively.
Support customer meetings and account reviews, contributing to strategic discussions and helping drive account performance.
Manage customer concerns and complaints through to successful resolution, ensuring clear communication and a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance the customer journey and share valuable customer insights across the business.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
Demonstrable experience in a senior customer facing or account management position, ideally gained within manufacturing, chemicals or a similar industry.
Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience handling exports and supporting customers across international markets.
Good problem solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues and delivering effective outcomes.
It’s great if you also have the following
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP would be advantageous, and additional European language skills would be highly beneficial.Experience working within the chemical manufacturing sector
