Commercial Property Lawyer
Location: Solihull
Contract: Temporary – 3 Months Initially
Pay Rate: £50.00 per hour PAYE
Hours: 25 hors per week
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their legal team on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with strong commercial property experience to manage a varied caseload and provide high-quality legal advice on a range of property matters.
### Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
Advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences and landlord and tenant matters.
Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial property agreements.
Provide clear legal advice to internal stakeholders and external clients.
Support regeneration, development and property projects where required.
Ensure all work is delivered to a high professional standard and within agreed timescales.
### About You
Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with relevant commercial property experience.
Strong knowledge of commercial property law and practice.
Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Public sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
