We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
This role sits with one of largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.
As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services across commercial sites in the North London area,
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for:
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, inspections, and fault finding.
* Complete electrical installations, upgrades, and minor works in line with safety standards.
* Maintain accurate compliance documentation and service records.
* Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and resolving queries.
* Participate in a 1 in 6, 24/7 on-call rota.
To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:
* Level 2 & 3 City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
* 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Experience in facilities management or mobile maintenance environments.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and a proactive, client-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
