Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a reputable prestige dealership located in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to develop their careers within a well-established dealership with an excellent reputation. The successful Service Advisor will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service whilst maximising workshop throughput and profitability.

Duties:
* Providing expert advice to customers on vehicle servicing and repairs
* Managing customer expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
* Liaising with technicians to guarantee timely completion of jobs
* Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
* Maintaining accurate service documentation and customer records
* Contributing to the overall positive reputation of the dealership
Requirements of the Service Advisor include:
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Organised and detail-oriented with good administrative abilities
* Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) is advantageous
