We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, and motivated graduates to join our Future Teacher Programme as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools, starting this September.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your classroom management skills, build your confidence, and gain first-hand experience of secondary education while being fully supported by experienced teaching staff.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
Support students in completing the work set by their teachers.
Work closely with subject departments, receiving ongoing guidance and support from experienced teaching professionals.
Gain exposure to different curriculum areas while developing the skills needed for a future teaching career.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for graduates who:
Hold a degree.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Are confident leading groups of young people.
Are passionate about education and making a positive difference.
Are considering a future career in teaching or education.
