Our client within the defence sector is currently searching for an Early Careers Programme manager to join their team in Farnborough!

Responsibilities:

Develop the Early Careers programme roadmap through FY28.
Create and maintain workforce demand and talent pipeline plans.
Lead Apprenticeship Levy management and optimisation.
Deliver Early Careers commitments within the Social Value and STEM agenda.
Design and implement T-Level to apprenticeship pathways.
Review and manage external training provider performance.
Establish programme governance, reporting and policy frameworks.
Engage senior stakeholders to drive successful programme outcomes.
Monitor programme performance, risks and continuous improvement initiatives.Experience Required:

Proven experience delivering Early Careers, Apprenticeship or Talent programmes.
Experience managing complex projects or programmes with multiple stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of Apprenticeship Levy funding and Early Careers pathways.
Experience developing governance, processes and programme reporting.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience working with training providers, schools, colleges or universities.
Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
