CSA Construction Manager Data Centre Permanent position Blyth, Northumberland (On-site)
We're recruiting for an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join a major £10Bn mission-critical / data centre construction programme in Blyth (NE24). You'll lead the Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) package on a large-scale build, driving safe delivery, quality, programme and subcontractor performance on site.
The role
As CSA Construction Manager, you will:
Oversee all CSA works from pre-construction through to handover/snag close-out
Lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating with Project Management, Planning, QA/QC, Design and Commercial teams
Manage subcontractor performance (progress, manpower, coordination meetings, documentation)
Ensure QA/QC processes are implemented and maintained to spec
Review drawings/specs, resolve buildability and coordination issues, and maintain programme alignment
Promote and enforce a strong Health & Safety culture across site
Required experience / qualifications (must-have)
Proven Data Centre (mission-critical) construction experience (essential)
Strong CSA background delivering large-scale construction projects
7+ years site management / construction management experience (CSA focus)
SMSTS (or equivalent) and strong site leadership capability
Excellent coordination skills across subcontractors, consultants, and design teams
Package / details
Permanent position (40 hours/week)
Salary guide: up to ~£95,000 (depending on experience)
Subsistence and possible accommodation support (project dependent)
Location: Blyth, Northumberland (NE24) - on-site
