We're looking for an experienced Senior Childrenswear Buyer to take ownership of a portfolio of well-known brands within a fast-paced, international retail business that continues to grow year after year.
This is far more than a buying role. You'll be at the heart of commercial decision-making, working with globally recognised brands, influencing category strategy, mentoring Buyers, and collaborating with teams across the business to create an exceptional customer proposition.

What you'll be doing
Leading the buying strategy across key branded categories, building commercially successful seasonal ranges.
Developing and nurturing strong relationships with luxury brand partners while identifying exciting new opportunities.
Using customer insight, trading data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth across international markets.
Creating balanced assortments that delight customers while delivering strong commercial performance.
Partnering closely with Merchandising to optimise stock investment, forecasting, and category profitability.
Leading weekly trading reviews, reacting quickly to performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Working closely with Ecommerce and Marketing to deliver impactful product launches, hero products, and commercial campaigns.
Coaching and supporting Buyers, sharing your expertise, and helping to develop the wider team.What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Senior Buyer or an established Buyer managing branded categories, preferably within childrenswear.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer needs and business performance.
Experience building successful relationships with premium or luxury brand partners.
A confident negotiator with excellent influencing skills.
Strong analytical ability and experience using data to make commercial decisions.
A collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally.
A natural mentor who enjoys supporting and developing others.
