Field Service Technician - LED & Digital Display Systems

We're expanding our field engineering team and need a hands-on technician to maintain and repair large-format digital display systems across London and Southern England.
This is a mobile role where no two days are the same. You'll travel between sites, diagnose faults, carry out preventative maintenance, and ensure digital advertising displays remain operational, safe, and performing at their best.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of a specialist engineering team, you'll be responsible for:
Diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic faults
Responding to service calls within agreed response times
Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance inspections
Cleaning and maintaining LED display equipment
Inspecting internal electrical components and identifying potential failures
Completing site safety checks and reporting hazards
Maintaining accurate service reports and job records
Managing spare parts and stock held within your vehicle and assigned locations
Coordinating returns of faulty components when requiredYou'll work closely with remote support teams and experienced engineers while enjoying the freedom of managing your own day in the field.

Has experience maintaining, repairing, or fault-finding electrical equipment
Is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Can work independently and make practical decisions on-site
Takes health and safety seriously

Remains calm and effective when dealing with urgent breakdowns
Is comfortable working at height when requiredExperience with digital displays, signage, LED systems, telecommunications equipment, infrastructure, or similar field service environments would be highly advantageous.
Essential Requirements
Full UK driving licence
Electrical fault-finding experience
Basic IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word or equivalent)
Ability to work at height
