Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £47,800 + overtime
Duration: Ongoing Contract

Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities across a range of building services systems, ensuring assets are maintained safely, effectively and in compliance with client and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks in accordance with maintenance schedules.
Respond to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns across various client sites.
Undertake fault finding, repairs and minor remedial works on electrical and building services equipment.
Complete all maintenance documentation accurately via the CAFM system and timesheet portal.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practice.
Liaise professionally with site contacts, customers and management teams.
Escalate major defects or recommendations for further works where required.
Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment in a safe and professional manner.

Essential Requirements

City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in an electrical discipline (or equivalent).
Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services Maintenance.
Experience carrying out both reactive maintenance and PPM activities.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
Good communication and customer-facing skills
