Groundcare Engineer

Location: Field-Based
Rota: Monday – Friday + Seasonal Overtime
Overtime: Paid at Enhanced Rates
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
Benefits: Company Van + Fuel Card Provided

Are you an experienced Groundcare Engineer with a passion for maintaining high-performance equipment?
Our client, a well-established Plant and Groundcare dealership, is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Groundcare Engineer to join their growing team. The Role
As a Groundcare Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of groundcare machinery
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults efficiently
Providing both on-site and workshop-based support
Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Working closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional service levelsWhat’s on Offer

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience as a Groundcare Engineer or similar position
Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Excellent communication and customer service skills
