Are you an experienced Project Leader, looking for a role where you can make a tangible impact?

This is a unique opportunity to join a major aerospace manufacturing business during an exciting period of growth and transformation. The organisation is investing in a brand-new facility and undertaking a significant site relocation programme that will help shape the future of its manufacturing operations.

As part of this programme, you'll play a key role in establishing a new production capability at the new site, effectively creating a standalone manufacturing operation while ensuring business continuity for globally recognised aerospace customers including Boeing, Airbus and other leading OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop, maintain and drive project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project.
Create and manage Rolling Action Item Logs (RAIL) to ensure actions are tracked and closed out.
Facilitate project meetings, reviews and stakeholder updates.
Monitor project performance against milestones, deliverables and timelines.
Manage project risks, issues and mitigation plans.
Track and report on project costs, resources and materials.
Develop project metrics and provide regular progress reporting.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams through to senior leadership.
Ensure project activities meet aerospace and business compliance requirements.
Capture lessons learned and maintain project documentation.
Support the transfer, setup and commissioning of manufacturing capability within the new facility.
Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure successful delivery. What We're Looking For

Strong project planning and scheduling skills
Experience managing action logs, governance processes and project reporting
Ability to work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain functions
