Are you organised, customer-focused and great at juggling priorities? Join Peabody as a Scheduler and play a key role in keeping our repairs and maintenance service running smoothly for residents.

You'll coordinate operatives and contractors, manage changing workloads, and ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently and on time. Working closely with customers and operational teams, you'll be at the heart of delivering an excellent service.

What we're looking for

* Experience in scheduling, planning, coordination or administration within a fast-paced environment

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Confident using Microsoft Office and operational systems

* A proactive, solution-focused approach

* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships

* Experience within repairs, maintenance, housing or construction is a plus

You'll be

* Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure

* Customer-focused and committed to delivering great service

* A strong communicator who enjoys working with people

* Positive, proactive and motivated to solve problems

* A supportive team player who embraces continuous improvement
