About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing lift and escalator team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering lift installation, modernisation, and refurbishment projects from contract award through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities of a successful Project Manager
Manage multiple lift installation and modernisation projects simultaneously.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate site activities with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions
Manage project costs, variations, and financial performance
Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately
Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover of completed installations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractorsKey Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the lift, elevator, construction, or building services industry
Strong understanding of lift installation and modernization projects
Excellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Commercial awareness and budget management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
