Branch Manager

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the position of Branch Manager at their well-established, family-run garage in Billingshurst. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to lead day-to-day operations within a reputable independent auto centre specialising in tyres, vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT testing. The successful Individual will play a key role in managing customer relations, supervising staff, and ensuring operational excellence.

Competitive basic salary between £38,000 and £42,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £46,000 including monthly bonuses
Working hours of 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off

Oversee the daily operation of the branch and ensure excellent customer service
Manage and motivate a team of up to five tyre and vehicle service technicians

Handle stock management and supervise staff performance
Address customer enquiries effectively and resolve issues promptlyRequirements of a Branch Manager:
