As an Agency Partnership Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive high-quality housing management services by working closely with managing agents, local authorities and support providers. You'll help maintain safe, compliant and well-managed homes while supporting residents to live independently and thrive within their communities.
In the Agency Partnership Officer role, you will be:
Providing an effective housing management service across a portfolio of specialist housing schemes
Managing contracts with external partners, including drafting agreements and monitoring service delivery
Carrying out audits, compliance checks and quality assurance reviews to ensure high standards are maintained
Managing tenancy-related matters including anti-social behaviour, safeguarding concerns and resident wellbeing
Identifying, reporting and managing risks, ensuring health and safety and legislative compliance requirements are met
Representing the organisation at court proceedings, tribunal hearings and case reviews where required
Developing strong working relationships with local authorities, health professionals, support providers and other partner organisations to deliver coordinated services
To be considered for the Agency Partnership Officer role, you will need:
Previous housing management experience gained within the public, private or third sector
Experience managing contracts and building effective relationships with external stakeholders
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload
A customer-focused approach and experience supporting individuals with a range of needs
Strong IT skills with the ability to maintain accurate records, analyse information and produce reports
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
The ability to communicate confidently in Welsh in everyday work situations (Welsh Language Level 3)
This is a 35-hour per week, temporary maternity cover position, expected to last for approximately 12 months, offering a competitive salary of £31,900 per annum. The role also offers agile and home working, providing flexibility alongside the opportunity to join a respected organisation delivering essential housing services across North Wales.
